The tender is the finish line. Bidvane puts you at the start.
Look up UK and Irish public buyers.
Open a real dossier right now — live tenders, contracts ending soon, who has been winning.
Previewing 150 selected public buyers of the 8,023 we track — the most active by award volume. More added each month.
By the time a tender is published, someone has known for months.
The incumbent knew the contract was ending. The buyer's planning notice went up quietly. The framework that will carry the work chose its members last year. Searching portals shows you the finish line — the race started earlier.
Know any buyer like you've worked there for years.
Open a buyer dossier: real spend (framework ceilings stripped out), who they actually buy from, the likely incumbent in your field, and their published contracts ending in the next twelve months — each one a re-tender in the making.
Stop guessing which buyers to chase.
Bidvane ranks every UK and Irish public buyer for your profile and puts the best targets on top — a business-development shortlist, not a wall of statistics. Each buyer is scored 0–100 across four honest signals: how much they spend in your categories, contracts coming up for renewal, how often they take on new suppliers, and whether their incumbent is going stale. Every score opens to the four reasons behind it — no black-box numbers — and one tap tracks the buyer so new notices come to you. Most tools tell you what's out for tender today; Bidvane tells you which buyers to build a relationship with next.
Frameworks aren't a wall. They're a door with a schedule.
Bidvane scores the UK frameworks and dynamic markets on the official feeds against your capabilities, shows what actually flows through them, and estimates when each reopens — so you apply the day the door opens, not the year after it closed.
Move months before the tender drops.
Pre-tender signals, planning notices that flip live, estimated go-live dates, and expiring incumbent contracts — your radar shows the opportunity while it's still forming.
Know where you stand before you spend a day writing.
Every match carries a fit score, a ready-to-bid checklist against the buyer's own selection criteria, and an honest read on how contested the work is.
Then Bidvane watches it all for you.
Track a buyer, a framework, a tender. New notices, re-opens, renewals and deadlines land in your alerts and your morning digest — not in a portal you forgot to check.

Coverage reflects what buyers publish on the official sources — Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Sell2Wales and Public Contracts Scotland. Some low-value or exempt contracts are never published anywhere. Irish coverage is eTenders.gov.ie, the national portal, plus TED for the notices published to the EU journal.
Judge us on the data, not on logos.
Every notice on this page is live. Every buyer dossier is open before you sign up. Every number states its basis — framework ceilings stripped out, estimates labelled as estimates. Look up a council you already know and check us against what you know.
Bidvane is built by a small team, which means what you tell us changes the product — usually the same week.

Questions, answered.
Which sources do you cover?
Every weekday we scan the official UK sources — Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Sell2Wales and Public Contracts Scotland — across central government, councils and the wider public sector, plus Irish notices from eTenders.gov.ie, the national portal, and TED, the EU's official journal. We add sources over time.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Bidvane is free for a limited time — no card, nothing to cancel, everything unlocked from the moment you sign up. If we start charging we will say so at least a month beforehand, and nobody is charged without agreeing first.
How does matching work?
You set your profile once — sectors, CPV work categories, regions and scale. Each new notice is scored against it with a transparent fit score, and Bidvane reads the public notice into a ready-to-bid checklist against the buyer's own selection criteria and an eligibility verdict. You see only the contracts that fit, and where you stand on each.
What is Intelligence Edge?
The market layer behind every match, included in the one plan. Buyer dossiers with real spend (framework ceilings stripped out), an expiring-contract re-tender radar with likely incumbents, framework fit scores with renewal estimates, and buyer/framework tracking — the intelligence big bid teams pay for, built into every account.
How is this different from tender-alert services?
Alerts tell you a tender was published — the finish line. Bidvane works the months before it: expiring incumbent contracts, planning notices before they open, and framework windows — so you engage early instead of starting where everyone else does.
What does it cost?
Nothing at present — the service is free for a limited time, every feature and five seats included. We will publish prices and give at least a month's notice before any charging begins.
How many people can use it?
Five seats are included at no extra cost. Your team shares one board, with owners, notes and @mentions on every bid. Need more seats? Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Where is my data held?
