Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how the free trial, renewal, cancellation and refunds work for Bidvane (the "Service"), operated by YatedLabs (the "Company"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free for a limited time

The Service is currently provided free of charge. There is no trial period to expire, no subscription fee, and we do not take payment details. Nothing on this page can result in a charge while that is the case.

2. Subscription and automatic renewal

When the trial ends, the subscription becomes a paid subscription on the billing period you chose at checkout — monthly or annual — renewing automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. The price and billing terms for the period you select are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you confirm.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings (Manage subscription) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next charge; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for. The subscription does not renew after cancellation.

4. Refunds

The Service is free at present, so there is nothing to refund. Should charging begin, you will be told in advance and this section will apply from then.

5. Your statutory cancellation rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the right to cancel a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You normally have a 14-day cancellation ("cooling-off") period. Where you ask us to begin the service during that period, you may be charged for what you have used up to the point you cancel.

6. Payments and refunds processing

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our payments provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record. An approved refund is returned to the payment method used for the purchase, within the timescales of your card issuer / the payment provider.
