Refunds & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how the free trial, renewal, cancellation and refunds work for Bidvane (the "Service"), operated by YatedLabs (the "Company"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day free trial
The subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the 14 days are up, you will not be charged at all.
2. Monthly subscription and automatic renewal
When the trial ends, the subscription becomes a paid monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until cancelled. The price and billing terms are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you confirm.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings (Manage subscription) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next charge; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for. The subscription does not renew after cancellation.
4. Refunds
Because we offer a full 14-day free trial, you can evaluate the Service before any charge. If you are nevertheless charged and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will consider a refund in the circumstances and in line with the law. As a rule, we do not refund subscription periods already used, beyond what the law requires.
5. Your statutory cancellation rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the right to cancel a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You normally have a 14-day cancellation ("cooling-off") period. Where you ask us to begin the service during that period, you may be charged for what you have used up to the point you cancel.
6. Payments and refunds processing
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our payments provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record. An approved refund is returned to the payment method used for the purchase, within the timescales of your card issuer / the payment provider.
